Company Overview: PROBILINGÜE – Consultores Educativos is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to advancing education through impactful projects and bilingual programs for schools in Colombia. We are seeking highly motivated and bilingual individuals to join our team of consultants, contributing their language proficiency and educational expertise to enhance our initiatives.Position Overview: As a Bilingual Project Consultant, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing educational projects that cater to diverse linguistic educational communities. Your fluency and high level in English will be instrumental in fostering inclusive and effective learning environments. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a passionate team and make a meaningful impact on educational outcomes in language acquisition.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Development: Contribute to the orientation and development of the schools bilingual projects, ensuring goals and objectives achievement.
2. Consultation: Provide expert advice on language-related considerations in educational bilingual projects, offering insights on effective communication and accessibility with schools staff.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including schools Principals, bilingual and academic coordinators, head of departments, teachers and students, to ensure bilingual aspects are seamlessly integrated.
4. Training and Professional Development: Conduct training sessions for educators and project stakeholders on best practices for bilingual education, language acquisition, and cultural awareness.
5. Quality Assurance: Supervise and evaluate the development of the bilingual project goals at schools, and implement improvement plans and strategies effectively.
Qualifications:
1. Fluency in both written and spoken English.
2. Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, EFL/ESL or a related field.
3. Proven experience in educational field, bilingual contexts or project management.
4. Strong understanding of bilingual education principles and practices.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools is a plus.
