A US company is looking for a marketing coordinator located in Colombia - remote position

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate launches of promotions across the family of brands.
• Monitor affiliate program signups and update content of the channel. Coordinate efforts between the marketing team and external affiliate and influencer partners.
• Oversee social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, and tracking performance.
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and project coordination as needed.
• Coordinate projects and task between the marketing team and external partners.
• Aid in the organization and distribution of digital assets for the marketing team, brand shareholders, and external partners.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the sales and product development teams.
• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights for improvements.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral and digital content.
• Assist with the review and editing of email campaigns and flows.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry or ecommerce.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Klaviyo, or similar.
• Creative thinking with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for the automotive industry is a plus!
