ROLE OVERVIEW
As Country Head of our Colombia office, you'll lead our operations and team in the Americas. You'll oversee our service delivery to top US clients, manage our growing team, and ensure we maintain the highest standards of quality as we expand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Operations Leadership (40% of your time)
- Lead our expert matching operations for US clients.
- Oversee project delivery and quality standards.
- Monitor team performance and implement improvements.
- Work with our global offices to align best practices.
- Set and track key performance metrics.
Team Management (30% of your time)
- Lead and develop our team of Account Managers and Associates.
- Create training programs and growth opportunities.
- Manage performance reviews and development plans.
- Build a strong office culture that attracts and retains talent.
- Ensure smooth communication between teams.
Office Administration (30% of your time)
- Manage office operations, budget, and resources.
- Work with vendors and handle facilities management.
- Implement policies and procedures from headquarters.
- Plan for office growth and expansion.
- Handle HR processes and reporting.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5+ years of operations management experience.
- Track record of leading and developing teams.
- Experience in professional services or consulting (preferred).
- Strong English and Spanish communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree is a plus).
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base Salary with performance annually.
- 13th Month Salary.
- Transportation Allowance – COP 200,000.
- Paid Leave – 15 days of annual leave, in addition to 18 public holidays, plus additional paid leave for significant life events and 8 days of sick leave.
- Private Medical Insurance – Includes dental coverage.
- Self-learning Budget – Up to COP 6,555,000 per year.
- Provided Laptops and Workstations.

- Team Engagement Support – Up to COP 132,000 per quarter.
