We are seeking a dedicated and professional Phone Support Agent to join our team and support a dental practice marketing client. This role focuses on handling incoming leads, following up with potential clients, and managing outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales, is comfortable speaking on the phone, and can effectively communicate with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to incoming leads generated from landing pages and other marketing platforms.
Make follow-up calls to potential clients, building rapport and nurturing relationships to encourage conversions.
Follow a structured process for managing leads and updating records in the CRM.
Provide excellent customer service, adhering to client-specific guidelines and call handling procedures.
Collaborate with the client to refine lead-handling processes for optimal success.
Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills, with a neutral or easily understood accent.
Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or lead management is preferred.
Comfortable working in a remote environment with the ability to stay organized and self-motivated.
Willingness to be trained on specific call-handling and lead management processes.
Full-time availability and dedication to maintaining a professional demeanor with all interactions.
