We (Torre) are helping ITOS find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Project Manager.

Compensation:
COP 5M - 6M/month.

Location:
Hybrid (Avenida Calle 26 #92-32, Bogotá, Bogota, Colombia).

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You have 3+ years of experience in project management.
- You are proficient in team leadership, payroll solutions, and risk management.
- English Fully fluent.
- Spanish Fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:
Join our team and lead the implementation of payroll and technology solutions in a dynamic environment. We are looking for a professional with over 3 years of project management experience and expertise in payroll solutions. ✅Responsibilities:

- Project Scope Definition: Work with the client and stakeholders to clearly define the project's goals and scope.
- Project Plan Development: Create a detailed plan that includes timelines, milestones, required resources, and a budget.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage human, technological, and financial resources to ensure project progress.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks, as well as resolve issues that may arise during the project.
- Team Coordination and Supervision: Lead and motivate the project team, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, make adjustments as necessary and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality controls to ensure payroll solutions meet established requirements and standards.
- Training and Support: Coordinate client staff training and provide post-implementation support to ensure a smooth transition.

Important:

This position is available in a hybrid mode for candidates in Bogotá or Medellín.
