Customer relationship management worker/ office manager.(all remote using mainly one software CRM and Gmail)
Naples Generator is a leading company in Southwest Florida in Generator installation, repair and maintenance.
We are looking for a remote office manager to join our team. This person must be proactive, detail-oriented and committed. Must have strong English skills and knowledge with computer software systems.
Main Activities
- Manage two other remote workers
- Respond to customers via text message
- Dispatch jobs
- Estimates, create purchase orders, invoicing, and manage inventory orders

Requirements
- Advanced English
- 3+ years of work with at least 1 year experience in office work/management
- High-speed Internet
